Professional Area:
Richard DePaolo, age 47, is a co-founder of ASR, located in Southlake, Texas. In addition to his duties as President, Rich serves as Director of National and Institutional Sales.

Background:
Prior to ASR, Rich worked in various sales positions within World Savings Bank completing his tenure there as District Loan Origination Manager. He also is a retired NWA Captain where he worked for 17 years after leaving the Air Force. Rich simultaneously held both these positions for a period of five years.

Qualification:
Rich graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, Co. in 1983. Upon graduation he was commissioned a second lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force.

Family Background:
Rich was born March 5, 1960 in Milford, Ma. He and his wife, Kimberly, are blessed with five children and currently live in Southlake, Texas.
